For the past 7 years I have successfully used System on line to order medication, get test results, etc with no problems. When I changed practices 2 years ago I had no problem, same name and password. Trying to log on 2 days ago I discovered that name, password etc details had been removed and I had to re enter them, however this did not open the site. I tried several times but still unable to connect to system on line. Any one else had this problem, if so, how did you resolve it.
