Yes, the Address List being on a spreadsheet instead of in Contacts is still a pain. I had to edit mine as every email address that had ever entered my pc or left it over the years was listed on this excel spreadsheet!
To start with the email programme didn’t speak to the address list either. But I’m getting there. I think it’s better to move with the times and get Windows 11.
