SKY DISCRIMINATION

I’ll ask our friend, he’s a Sky VIP engineer. Their website doesn’t say anything?

Unbelievably Sky cancelled my order for fibre broadband because we have a care alarm system in place. Ir is apparently company policy that no fibre will be supplied to any home that has ever had a care alarm - even if people move out and new occupants don't have any care needs the property is black listed and this cannot be removed! Sky took my order initially and the cancellation was not notified until the Engineer visited, even though I confirmed we had a care alarm at the time of the order. In the meantime Openreach had installed an overhead fibre cable to my house, which is now my responsibility to get removed as Sky will not do so. I am gobsmacked. Has anyone else had similar discrimination from Sky?
