Changed my Internet Provider from Talk Talk to EE. I have lost Netflix, Prime Video , I Player and all the little boxes at the bottom go screen. I have gone back to EE 3 times and they say they cant help me ? My App on my TV says The Internet Connection is not Stable. Please Check your Internet Settings ,
( 0-8 ) no idea what all that means >> Has anybody any idea ?

You may need to download the apps and login

You need to go the Settings on yout TV and find Network Settings. It's probably in General. Have you reset this to your new broadband router and entered the new password?

I’d think your Wifi isn’t working . Maybe unplug everything and start again to get re connected. Make sure you have your internet passwords handy! They will be different if you changed providers. Turn of absolutely everything , including your internet cables. You could also look on YouTube on your phone as to what to do.

It sounds like you have a Samsung tv. If this is the case then try this:

I had to follow these instructions when I changed broadband provider from talktalk to virgin media earlier this year.

Ask ChatGPT. It will take you through what to do step by step.

I changed to EE TV and initiated my Netflix and Prime on the app rather than the TV. You get a code to enter to pair your TV to the apps.

I believe in the basic hostility of all machines....

Relieved to have a geeky relative on hand who looks after all this for me. I dont want to know what goes on inside the black box. I just want it to work.
