I used it only the other day, no problem.

Seems odd if it says you used it in October, but you say you didn’t.

No one else has been looking at your account have they, family say?

I find it very very difficult.
No idea why!
Every time I use it!

At what point is it failing to access?

It is a multi step procedure, numbers and passwords and phone verification and then a repeat of the numbers which drives me potty but it does work usually l

I followed all the right steps this morning only to be told that I cannot access today and that my last access was in October……..that wasn’t me!

I’ve just done that………only to be cut off mid call!

I’ve been on our business one this morning with no problems as usual, and just tested my personal one after reading this thread and no problem there either.
12 digit number, followed by password, then access code sent the phone, and straight in both times with different information.

I've also used it recently no problem, number, password and then phone verification. I also would persevere contacting them if it wasn't you that accessed it in October. Could just be a slip up their end of course, but concerning nevertheless.

I’m not at all surprised that anyone is having problems with both these departments.
My partner received his tax demand. The DWD had given not only the wrong pension payment but our interest from investments to HMRC.
This took 4 lengthy phone calls to sort out. 🤬

I’ve lodged a formal complaint as there’s proof that there has been a fraudulent attempt a few weeks ago to access my records…….when I wasn’t even in the country.
