Beware Vodaphone's New 'Improved' Automated System

You get put through - I think - to a robot droning through a mouthful of congealed concrete and I'm sure it was asking me about my 'New Red Car' at one point.

Please, please, please give up improving things 'for greater efficiency'. It's always a disaster.

Thanks for the warning.
I hate phoning Vodaphone - even when I get put through to an actual person, I quite often can't understand what they are saying!
