How do you manage caring for elderly parents and keeping track of your children?

I use a few simple apps for reminders, appointments, and keeping track of family stuff. When my child goes out, I also use Xnspy for location tracking. It helps when I’m busy looking after my parents, as they’re getting quite old and need a lot of my attention.
