I have been on this ship and they do have kettles in the cabins.

Thanks for the replies - we'll take the kettle just in case. The Sauna / Steam Room we'll play by ear. We booked through CCUK.

Just checked out my favourite cruise forum as I have not been on a Celebrity Cruise either and it seems that cruises from Southampton do have hot drink facilities in cabin, but other sailings don't (it's only the British that expect this)... I would ask for these to be provided as it is not much to ask for the price you pay!!

Mersey Did you book through a travel agent or direct,if through an agent ring them and ask them re the kettle availability,I have never been with this Company but would expect Steam Room & Sauna to be included within the package but again it's worthwhile checking out isn't it.Anyway enjoy your cruise I'm sure you will have a good time as with most American Companies certainly know how to look after you.

My wife and I are going on an Azores/Canaries cruise on the Celebrity Eclipse on 20th October. If anyone has been on this ship could they answer a few queries not covered by the company FAQ.

We like tea/coffee in the cabin at odd times without having to call service. Do they provide kettle etc. or do we need to take our faithful travel kettle. They don't allow irons so they might object to kettles hence I'd rather not ask the company direct.

I know that the gym is part of the package and I expect to pay extra for massages etc. However do you have to pay extra to use the steam room and Sauna if they have them.

Different Cruise Lines provide things included and this is our first time with Celebrity.

Thanks. MM
