Heathrow

Just read in the paper that the CAA have told Heathrow that they can only raise landing fees - charged to airlines and passed onto customers by 1.5pc below inflation in each of the following 5 years.
Which good for people flying out of Heathrow , however, although it is a step in the right direction,, I think it should be higher than 1.5pc.
