A disabled friend will be visiting from the USA where she is registered disabled, she has a disabled disc for her car etc. She can't walk more than a few steps so will need handy parking when she is here. I know that EU countries have a reciprocal holiday arrangement for disabled parking, and I thought it would be the same but apparently not. Tried the US embassy who didn't answer my phone calls and not sure what to try next! She has tried in the USA and can't find anything out.
