Driving licence at 70

Well as the the title says I'll be 70 next year , do the DVLA contact me or is the onus on me to reapply for my licence?

They contact you, tanith. You sign a form confirming that you are not suffering from any of the conditions they list and that your eyesight is OK etc., then give them your passport No so they can access the photo for your new photo ID licence.

Easy peasy.

As above but, if they don't contact you, contact them.

A friend wasn't contacted and drove around Europe. Luckily all was well but his insurance would have been invalid had he had an accident.
