Eurotunnel holiday insurance

I hate the task of finding holiday insurance as we are both over 70 and have several medical conditions between us. I also find filling in the medical questionnaire profoundly depressing. Today I was booking two separate holiday trips on Le Shuttle. As part of the booking process, their insurance popped up. I thought it wouldn’t hurt to look and it was a nice surprise. The only medical related points made before you apply were that your doctor has not said you cannot travel, your health is stable and you do not have a terminal illness. I paid two thirds of what I’d paid last year for a slightly shorter break ( which I’d found after much research). Anyway thought I’d share this as I generally eschew linked holiday insurance. Obvs you can only be covered if you are travelling with Le Shuttle

Does it not apply to Eurotunnel (train) travel then?

Good question - I’ll have a look

I’ve had a quick look - yes. Useful point Bit more detailed but same basic principle.
