Travel insurance for over 70s

Looking for annual worldwide travel insurance to include a couple of cruises. We are both in our early 70s and no outstanding health problems just a couple of minor ones. We might go away several times next year so thought annual would be cheaper than single trip.

I have mine through my bank with an extra top up since I hit 70, still with the same insurance company. My DH has his through Staysure.

Things have changed with Covid-19 so you might find policies don’t cover you for that. Rather a minefield at present.

My bank does not include travel insurance anymore so still looking for advice please.
