Warner Hotels

We have several stays with Warners. In the past we have been able to book a VIP table on the website. That facility is no longer there. I tried phoning got a message saying they are too busy to take calls contact them through the web site.
I logged into live chat and was 5th in the queue for a response. I kept the page open, the next time I checked I was 21st in queue ?
Has anyone stayed recently who can say if they are still booking VIP tables please.
Sorry this has turned into a bit of a rant.

Have you tried ringing the hotel directly rather than the general number.

They might be able to help. On the other hand they may say you can only book through the website.

We stayed at Warners a few weeks ago (Alveston Hall). I rang them and got through quite quickly.

Maybe they are getting more enquiries now that Covid has 'gone away'.

It's a table reserved for you front and centre for the stage to watch the evening entertainment. Table cloth, complementary 1st drink and waiter/waitress service all evening.
Without this it's a scrabble to find a seat and queueing at the bar.

I googled this and read that they were doing away with VIP tables and now have something called a Warner table. But there's something on Youtube about it that explains how it works and they still mention booking VIP tables

Newspaper and a bottle of stout. And glad of it if they know their place
