We’ve done at least 15 trips with Riviera including Vietnam and twice to India and I won’t travel with any other tour company (I have tried a few). Everyone is always very friendly and the tour managers are always very mindful of single travellers.

We've done one Riviera holiday and it was excellent. Good staff and local experts to guide you round the 'sights'. The people in our tour group were all friendly. I think you'll be fine.

I have travelled with Riviera a few times but not on my own. I think it’s an excellent company which looks after its customers and has everything in place. The price is competitive as well. On each trip there were a few solo travellers and everyone mixed well together.

Riviera do that same tour exclusively for Solo travellers, not singles as such, just people who are for whatever reason travelling solo.

No sharing of rooms.

Yes we have been with Riviera a number of times, in fact we have Sardinia and Corsica booked this year ?.

Well my experience has shown that people are on the whole very friendly. In fact on one of our holidays to Pulia a few years ago we met and made friends with a very elderly lady who was a retired professor, and blimey we learned so much from her. She was a delight. We in return were able help her on difficult terrain and sit with her as she gathered her breath.

So I honestly wouldn’t worry. Go for it and have a lovely holiday.

Hi
I am considering booking on a holiday to the Deep South of America and Texas with Riviera Travel. This a bucket list holiday to celebrate my retirement. I will be going as a solo traveller however this is a tour for couples with some rooms available for singles at a supplement. Has anyone got experience of this type of holiday?
