After several tempting emails as a regular TUI customer I booked what I thought was a great deal . A week later thinking I had browsed , not booked and paid in full they sent me the identical deal but £70 cheaper .
I complained to TUI but not because I knew prices could fluctuate but for the sour taste it left me with having thought a deal was a deal .I wouldn't have even looked on the site again at the price . All I got back was the obvious that prices can change but why send deals out when they clearly aren't . It isn't what a company does but how they rectify mistakes that will encourage me to rebook . A discount voucher for one of their overpriced trips would have kept me sweet but with so many competitors I will be looking for my deals elsewhere next time.
Has anyone else had this and successfully challenged ?
Belfast another appalling attack, we need to ask what is driving this.
Lost - I thought forever - but found during a clear out!
Soops kitchen, a place of reflection, refuge and at times revelry.
