If you know where you want to be you could try contacting estate agents there and asking them.

In Italy we found private rentals that way.

What a great idea.

We did it once before, about 10 years ago. The weather was good (compared to the freezing winter here that year ).

We used the apartment as a base and spent time away for a few days each in Cordoba and Seville.

I remember blue skies and just a couple of days of rain...

So I want to go back this year. ☀️
