I expect quite a few have visited Valencia where I am now.
If so what was your experience?
I am here for a few days as I have a brother who lives here and who will be 80 tomorrow.
I loved the ride on a Tuk Tuk especially around the fantastic architecture of the science and art museums etc.

I visited Valencia not long ago and the City of Arts and Sciences really stood out, the architecture is incredible up close. Your Tuk Tuk ride sounds like a fun way to see it all. Enjoy your time there, and happy 80th to your brother!

Firstly, I have lived in The Madrid Capital of Spain for almost 33 years ( husband is Madrileño ).

It is the vegetable garden of Spain and a great market city. It is also the keeper of the medieval legends of El Cid and best of all, the pround home of the famous rice dish called Paella.

I have one British lady friend who lives in Valencia and one gentleman Chef friend who works on the cruiselines who lives in Valencia.

Unfortunately, the key problem is The Flood Zones or DANA as they are called which run through this specific city and region.

The present government is very negligent, faces an enormous legal court case and was totally out of order when offered financial assistance from The National Government and thus, nothing has been done to reconstruct the water / sewage systems / buildings etcetra.

TOTAL NEGLIGENCE and he shall be "out" of any government affiliated ministry and have to pay huge fines for missing funds ...
