Was definately into Dallas in its first few years - it got a bit silly later. However, it was of its time and I've moved on ( a lot older and a bit wiser) so am not sure. Might just give it a go for old times sake.

Dallas and Dynasty both made shoulder pads and big earrings trendy. Sue-Ellen and Alexis Colby - how could we forget them?

Never used to go out until Dallas had finished. No D.V.D.'s then. I think they all look brilliant for their age, quite sickening, I sure don't.

I never saw any of the original series and a second generation version doesn't appeal either. I increasingly find myself giving up a wide range of television programmes part way through or not bothering to watch in the first place.

I've just seen Patrick Duffy on "This Morning" with two of the younger cast,he has certainly aged better thaan Larry Hagman but Hagman has been very ill and has made a good recovery bless him,I loved the programme first time around all big hair and even bigger shoulder pads

I shall watch the first episode too, just to see what it is like. I think the storylines will revolve around the younger generation, I saw John Ross in the trailer. I can't help hoping that I will not be impressed, there are far too many TV programmes I enjoy already!
I started watching the original shows when there was all the 'who shot J.R?' fuss, and became hooked. I liked Dynasty too.

I stopped watching it when Bobby Ewing came back to life.
I'll probably watch the first episode, just out of interest!

Last time I saw Larry Hagman on a TV chat show he looked about 100. He isn't is he?

I used to watch it with my elder daughter (who has long left home now). At the end of each episode we used to say we would sit there all week and do nothing else until the next episode came on.
