It certainly brought home the message. I hope it's repeated fairly soon - it deserves to be seen again. The two leading actors, Brenda Blethyn and Hilary Swank were excellent and worked well together.

It was a marvellous programme. Deaths from malaria had figures so astounding - and even more astounding that they're not commonly known about.

This was brilliant, it made my DH shed a tear, he has not done that in a while, I think it was because he was a it low anyway

jingle it made me sit up when I heard the figures, your right its the cause thats important.

The drama had a job to do and it did it well.

I watched it. As a drama it wasn't much to write home about. But the cause is a good one. The figures stated at the convention, ie how, if you take all the American deaths by terrorism and wars over the past years and multiply them by two, that is the number of deaths every year from malaria. I can't remember the exact numbers but I know it was a horrifically high number.

I think Comic Relief does a very good job. Doesn't' matter if you find some of the output a bit rubbish. It's the cause that matters.

shy I have just finished watching it, it was moving and leaves you feeling you should be doing something to help. When you see Brenda Blethyns name you know its going to be good.
