Has anyone else been watching this 2-part drama on ITV? It has just finished and I have to say there was some truly superb acting in this, not just from the adults but also from the teenagers. I was much impressed.

I watched it when it was shown the first time around - yes, good acting, especially from the younger members of the cast.

I didn't realise it had been on before. Martin Clunes, who we are used to seeing in comedy or light-hearted roles, really showed himself to be an excellent dramatic actor.

We watched too and were also impressed especially by the youngsters.

Saw it the first time round and loved it. Recognised a lot of the locations. Where mum and son are sitting above the beach talking is exactly where I have my breakfast when in the beach hut (I am 99% certain)
