Has anyone seen The Eye of the Storm? The film needed editing but the actors were good.

However, I was all set for a jolly Moviola night out in our village hall but don't think I have ever watched anything so depressing.

It was on television a few months ago, alternativegran, and that last scene has stayed in my mind.

I suppose it was inevitable that Lotte would commit suicide when Elizabeth Hunter died, and I thought Helen Morse's performance was brilliant, but the picture of her in a bath filled with blood does stay in the mind.

I am not sure that reading reviews before I went would have helped, Phenomena was sad but uplifting too.
