I think Brenda Blethywn is a brilliant actress. I saw her as Gertrude many years ago in the stage play where hamlet took all his clothes off.
I love seeing the space in Northumberland and spotting where they've filmed. Ann cleeves has really got the hang of keeping the north on tv.
