Is anybody else listening to this book of the week at 9.45 on Radio 4?
It’s the autobiography of a woman diagnosed with early Alzheimer’s.
Moving and sad, but very life-affirming - so far. Well worth a listen.

Hi MawBroon - yes, I've been listening. Completely agree with you - and so good to hear a different view on Alzheimers. Great writing, but also I think the actress narrating it is wonderful - every emotion comes through in her voice.

This is a real insight to how someone deals with this dreadful disease

I can only echo your thougts maw, moving, sad and life afirmng. Wendy Mitchell is an amazing woman. She is sharing her journey but also working to change how people think about alzheimers.
