Yes..pensionpat...Carrie has a daughter Frannie....who appears in a later season...living in Berlin with Carrie. Won’t spoil it for you by saying who the father is..but I think she gets left at home to be cared for by C’s sister or mother.

The actress Claire Danes evidently went through two pregnancies whilst filming Homeland...

We’re rewatching from series 1. At the same time as watching the new series. Quite a challenge! No mention of her daughter. I think Saul and Carrie will come to a sticky end together.

Last night’s episode of Homeland was very good, I am wondering how it will end next week.

Love Homeland and have watched it from the beginning.

I loved it when I saw it on Netflix a few years ago it’s so compelling and all the characters are very rounded and believable. You can totally immerse yourself in the drama which is very useful at this time.
Another series I watched on Netflix was Breaking Bad that I stupidly thought was aimed at young men! The main character is a genuine ‘good guy’ forced to take desperate measures when his life takes a dramatic downturn. Really gruesome in parts you have been warned!

I’ve watched them all as well and I am watching this series and finding it very gripping. It’s good to see actors of the status of Art Malik, Linus Roache and Mandy Patinkin but I do believe it’s run it course now and I hope they stand by the decision to make this series the last one.

I'm a big fan of Homeland, watched it from the start.
I'm recording the present series so I can binge watch it when it ends. I shall miss Carrie and Saul.

I have watched all the previous series, but not this one as yet. TBH, I can’t really follow what has gone on most of the time in the later series.
The first series with Damian Lewis was excellent, but Carrie seems so deranged in subsequent episodes that credulity is stretched often.

I'm a fan but mr iam isn't. As he's now in with me every evening, rather than at a pub quiz or similar, I don't have a quiet evening to catch up with the latest series. We will have to work this out!

Anyone else been watching this series. I have loved it from the very beginning and I think Carrie is my heroine. She is so brave yet vulnerable at the same time. She is strong and belives in what she is fighting for. If this is the kind of thing that goes on in the real world, then i salute all the brave secret agents who put their lives at risk.
