Haven’t listened to it since I was about 10. DD2 and my SIL are both fans.

P.S. I think that Phillip must be "outed" before the nuptials... DH is convinced that (eventually) Kirsty will get together with Roy...third time lucky..

Oh Kate54, I do agree with you. DH & I are going to miss the regular episodes so much! At least last night's episode was a wonderful note to end on, until the current storylines recomence later in May. Yes, the current situation has definitely made The Archers feel increasingly important for us - and we've been listening for over 40 years.

Maybe it’s the lockdown but The Archers has become very important to me! The news that we’ll be ‘treated’ to re-runs of past storylines for the next three weeks or so is very bad news indeed, particularly as the inevitable disaster of the Philip/Kirsty nuptials has yet to unfold.
Except there won’t be any nuptials, will there?!
I think I know Philip’s true (evil, obviously) character will be revealed - as it surely must, please God - but do any of you have any ideas? I know a lot of you couldn’t care less but humour those of us who do!
