Love programmes like this, recording it this eve. Will be babysitting two year old, so not much chance of watching in peace otherwise!

I recorded The Biggest Dig and intend to watch it this afternoon (another excuse for avoiding the ironing!). I am always interested in these types of programmes.

Watched this last night (recording Des to watch in one fell swoop ...) and it was fascinating - anyone else watch it?

The painstaking uncovering of skeletons and the dignified way in which the remains are being treated, together with the human stories that have come to light, made for a very interesting hour, and we are looking forward to the rest of the series.
