Good day Grans, I rely on sub titles so I find it frustrating when, for example, Michael Portillo's Great Railway Journeys is sub titled originally on BBC but not when repeated on Yesterday Ch25.
Does anyone know why this happens? Is it that sub titles have to be purchased separately between channels incurring extra costs? I love catching up with programmes which reappear across the different outputs but get fed up when they're not subtitled as they were when originally broadcast.
