It's a Christian Christmas movie about a little girl who forms a spiritual relationship with a convict at the hospital where they're both receiving treatment-

It takes place somewhere in podunk United States- The acting is flat as a pancake, think 5th graders delivering their lines in a Christmas play- But the connection between Lucy and Edgar the convict flows naturally- The book she makes him is precious-

The movie is on Amazon-

It's true the acting is abysmal except for the interaction between Lucy and Edgar, they connected on screen- I enjoyed watching their scenes together and when he read the book that she wrote for him-

Like books I'll give all kinds of films a try- I stop reading or watching if they don't interest me-

I did watch this movie start to finish and am sure others will too-
