Messages on The Chase

We've noticed messages in some programmes (not sure about The Chase) but they're in the top left hand corner - they seem like Government messages about Covid!

It's not easy to get rid of them

Corner of course, the messages aren’t there all the time by the way.

Watching the chase wonder if anyone else notices the messages in the top right hand cornier? I thought I was seeing things. ?
