Just watching this lovely film starring Meryl Streep
Well worth a watch
Don't want to say to much but I found myself relating to this very nice couple who along life's path have forgotten what its like to be loving and romantic with each other
And just needed to be helped along

I watched this last weekend too, it was a bit of light relief and I always enjoy Meryl Streep’s films. Tommy Lee Jones was also good as her husband.

Was glad I watched it on my own as would have been a bit embarrassed in company lol. Some blurb I saw called her a 'neglected woman' - got the feeling the man felt equally as unappreciated? Maybe both were well meaning but stuck in a rut - or was the problem the man's 'neglect'?

Glad you all enjoyed.
Kestrel it sure who is to blame in these relationships but I was leaning more to the wife as men of his age do tend to put their head in the sand rather than hit the problem head on
