Yes I heard the Romanian Orphanages on the radio the other evening.
Either I was too young to notice the details or more is coming out now.
Such a lovely portrayal of the family and as well as speaking English have kept their mother tongue.

yes, it was v interesting, esp about bosnia.
we've almost forgotten about all that, unless we happen to have friends/relatives from there.
to think such madness was going on in europe, so recently.
i heard something on radio about the romanian orphanages too.
