BT ads with Maureen lipman, i used to love those.

Maureen Lipman’s BT advert where she congratulated her grandson on achieving ‘an ology ‘. It’s made me laugh thinking about it!

Sally Thomsett being stood up outside the cinema, going home to a cup of Bovril and saying 'He's got big ears anyway'.

I love the 'Should Have Gone to Specsavers' advert where the man shears his dog!!! The look on the poor dog's face .. Haha! Making me laugh just thinking about it! (Assuming no harm came to the dog in the process of making the advert)

The series of ads (advertising 'TV ads' I believe) with the little dog who had his suitcase packed at the shelter, then later had a stuffed bunny for his best friend, etc. They also had him doing housework around the house. I believe the same dog went on to be in Midsomer Murder's when Neil Dudgeon started. Now I remember - he was called Harvey!!

A very old Ki-Ora squash ad from the 1980s featuring a cartoon little boy, his dog and a crow! The boy tells the crow that the drink is just for ‘me and my dawg’ whereupon the crow says “I’ll be your dawg’ and follows him barking, all accompanied by a jolly jingle. It struck me and my strange sense of humour as really odd and hysterically funny. No one else did, but for me it reached the absolute heights of TV advertising!! (Wish they’d bring it back...!).

I liked the Smash ( instant potato) advert when the wee aliens giggle about us , peeling, boiling and mashing potatoes !

It's got to be the Brooke Bond PG Tips monkeys for me.
