Does anyone have a favourite piece of music that just gives them goosebumps when they hear it? Mine is. Toccata no5. By Vidor. It makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up when I hear this fantastic organ being played. !!

The Armed Man a Mass for Peace composer Karl Jenkins (2 Cellos).

I also love Barcelona sung by Freddie Mercury and Monserrat Cabal. What a voice she has!

Acker Bilk "Strangers on the shore". Love all things clarinet anyway, but that gets to me the most.

Lacrimosa from Mozart's Requiem

The John Williams music played over the end credits of Close Encounters of the Third Kind, which morphs into When You Wish Upon A Star

Lucca, both of those were played at my sister in law's funeral last week, she adored opera, and had chosen the music. It was a lovely reminder of a very dear lady.

How wonderful. I’m absolutely not an opera expert but it does touch my heart I have to say.

Life on Mars - David Bowie. The strings, arranged by Mick Ronson are just sublime. The song never fails to move me, even the first note gives me goosebumps. www.youtube.com/watch?v=AZKcl4-tcuo&ab_channel=DavidBowie
