We tend to watch Netflix and Prime when we are at home and DVDs when we are away in a holiday cottage.
It's a bit of a ritual when we are away. Dinner and a few glasses of wine then a few episodes of the current DVD box set.
We have bought quite a few whole series cheaply second-hand on Amazon including the Bridge, Fringe, the Killing and Northern Exposure just to lighten things up.

Both! Why does it need to be one or the other? I have music dvds that just aren’t available on streaming.

DVDs are favourite. Although lots to watch on Amazon Prime and catch up, I worry that they won't always be available. Then again, I suppose DVD players will be like video players one day.
(and don't say "first world problems " because I already know that)

We haven’t owned a DVD player for about 5 years. Films are either freeview, Netflix or Prime.

The only time we play dvds is in the motohome when it’s too windy for the satellite dish.
More than happy with Prime. Just watched a very sad and disturbing documentary about people escaping from North Korea.

We prefer Netflix but on the boat we always have box sets because the TV reception can cut out as the boat swings about.

Netflix and Iplayer etc. give you a huge number of options. During lockdown we got through hundreds of films and dozens of series.

Mixture of all, Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney + and dvds when the mood takes ?
