I thought it was brilliant with a wonderful cast.

I found this drama quiet disturbing but the outcome was an eye opener. I wont say anymore as dont want to spoil for other viewers.

I watched the first one, and I usually like a dark drama, not averse to violence! But this one scared me so much I couldnt sleep. Im retired from a job where I worked with many damaged and disturbed invidviduals, and in my view it went too far, too mysoginist and explicit. Such extreme violence and hate towards women portrayed in the letters from the suspect, and he is a very dark individual. It goes too far, and it may give men with those tendencies more ideas. Im going to write to the broadasting ombudsman with my concerns.

I'm watching it but just one episode at a time.

Like others I know the story, but am intrigued to see it from the police womans pov.

I must say the opening scenes of her as an undercover cop dealing with dangerous drug dealers, had me scared for her!

Unlike you I m not hooked I can’t say I was very into the first episode I ll stay with it, unlike my daughter who said she wasn’t going any further
Of course I know the story well and I thought looking at it from a different angle (inside the police force) would hook me but it hasn’t Is it the acting ! Mmm I n not sure we ll see what next episode brings forth

Quite alarming to watch - but so is a lot of good drama.
Did not like the police tactics - found it disturbing and cruel. Hope they’ve since modified tactics. Won’t make other comments here as might be a spoiler for those who haven’t viewed!

Am currently watching this on catch up. It is the story of the undercover policewoman who tried to catch the killer of the beautiful young mum Rachel Nickell who was brutally killed in front of her 2year old son on Wimbolden common. I was hooked straight away. Had to stop at the 3rd episode as it was way past my bed time but cant wait to watch the remainder.
