Would that be defined as coercive control? (Latest episode of Professor T)

I don’t watch this programme, but most professionals are aware that coercive control is a problem regardless of sex. Mothers seek to control children, siblings may control one another, it isn’t just marital relationships.

Just caught up with latest episode of Professor T and would be interested to know how the victim's behaviour would be classified by professionals in the sphere of mental health. Is coercive control practised by women something we should be more aware of?
