Last week's postponed Strictly is on tonight at 7pm. Apparently Rose & Giovanni will be reprising their winning routine.

Shirley looks like a ferrero rocher.

Lovely, Hamza!

Well I didn’t expect to feel quite as emotional as I did at that opening number from Blackpool. I thought Ellie looked fabulous in the opening and thank goodness she has a decent dress for this week.

Everyone ready for Blackpool ?

The Jive must be murder on false knees!

It might be worse before a knee replacement! 😁

We've missed most of this weekend's entertainment but I'm relieved to hear Tony has been eliminated. He was fun but it's all about the dancing now.

Yes, I agree that it was time for Tony to go, but I have enjoyed his fun-side & enthusiasm. There are some really good dancers left in SCD. I'm looking forward to Blackpool.!

I so enjoyed the professional dancers at the beginning of the results programme, a fitting tribute on Remembrance Sunday.

I thought it was an extremely dignified way of leaving and I wish more of the poorer dancers would do it.

Kim19 Sun 13-Nov-22 21:04:20

I''m so relieved he's gone. For him and me!

Calendargirl Sun 13-Nov-22 21:00:16

Yes, think I read he has a metal plate in his leg.

I think it's a shame Tyler didn't get to re dance.
I'm told Tony has false knees, so I guess he might have hurt them doing that routine.

Mollygo Sun 13-Nov-22 20:21:33

Actually, I sympathise with Tony. When it’s as obvious as it was tonight who is going to win, I wouldn’t bother either. It’s called accepting your fate gracefully. I would have liked to see his kicks and flicks again though.

ginny

Dare I say it?
How convenient to have an injury once you know you’ll be going.
So we have great dancing to look forward to next week.

Exactly.

Sara1954 Sun 13-Nov-22 20:06:14

Well he didn’t mention an injury before, it was a bit sudden, then they obviously had to fill in the time chatting for five minutes.
But to be fair, I shall miss him.

Casdon Sun 13-Nov-22 20:04:23

I’ll miss him, he tried so hard and he was never boring. There are a few that are much better dancers, but are not performers.

Grandmabatty Sun 13-Nov-22 20:03:08

Eventually the voting public do the right thing and vote off the weakest dancer. It was long past his time to go.

Kandinsky Sun 13-Nov-22 20:01:32

Thank god he’s gone.

Quite.

Sparklefizz Sun 13-Nov-22 19:58:50

Oh, that was unexpected..... but I could do without the gush-athon.

wow!!

volver Sun 13-Nov-22 19:50:36

At last!!

Calendargirl Sun 13-Nov-22 19:50:32

Foregone conclusion, but Tyler deserved to be in the bottom two, he really wasn’t good this week.

Sweetpeasue Sun 13-Nov-22 19:50:19

Thank goodness!

Sparklefizz Sun 13-Nov-22 19:49:33

Hallelujah! At last Tony's in the dance off.
