Is anyone following this?
It's on Ch4/4OD, and yesterday's was episode 2.
It's a bit like The Apprentice, but the hopefuls are people who think they could do a better job than the current politicos (no comment!) and are set political tasks in teams, each with a leader acting as PM for a week (a bit like the Project Managers in The Apprentice). They come up against real journalists and company owners etc who are relevant to their tasks. The first one was education and the second about the obesity crisis.
Alistair Campbell and Baroness Warsi are the judges. The contestants are all unknowns (I think) apart from Jackie Weaver of 'you have no authority!' fame.
I'm enjoying it so far.
Is there a toiletry you can no longer buy and miss?

. The point of it is to show the thought processes that go into policy making, and that when we think ‘Oh, I could do better than that lot’ the truth is that we probably couldn’t. It’s entertainment not a serious political programme.
