Enjoying the new hosts now Richard hs left. No-one could really replace him though. I liked Sally Lindsey, but she didn't look comfortable and read from the laptop a lot. Stephen Mangam looks more at home and is doing well. Also Zander seems to be funnier now he's not in Richard's shadow. Love Pointless!

Didn’t know he’d left ! I might restart watching now !

Stephen is very good

I thought Sally was good think this guys a bit dry not too much fun but I did it get a bit fed up with Richard Osman who seemed to be everywhere .

I think the format is tired and a bit boring now. Running through endless possible answers is unnecessary.

We really like Stephen. Sally wasn’t bad but just seemed to read everything off the screen in a stilted way.
Stephen is also good in Portrait Artist of the Year, just started on Wednesdays.

Always enjoy it, like Sally but not sure she was best for it, Steven much better.

Agreed, Steven is great (and easy on the eye too ;) )

Thought Sally tried her best. Alexander and Steven were obviously friends before Pointless
which helps Steven. He was sightly blue yesterday, motions and number two's, which we aren't used to on BBC1 at 5.30pm!

I have only seen it once with Sally and once with Steven, and much preferred SM.
I don't like Tenable but saw Sally hosting it once and thought she sounded very false on there too.
joannapiano, thank you for mentioning Portrait Artist of the Year. I have now set the series to record.

Richard is of course irreplaceable but I do like Stephen Mangan, he seems very much at home. Didn't like Sally Lindsay, too stilted and rabbit-in-the-headlights.

As the BBC is paying him such a huge salary I suppose we'll have to have Amol Rajan at some stage .. or, even worse, Gary Lineker!

I really like Richard Osman and feel he is a very nice man. His Who Do You Think You Are was, I thought, very moving.

I think he will be hard to replace as he has such a quick wit - as demonstrated on Have I Got News for You. But I thought Stephen Mangan was a pretty good alternative - he too seems very relaxed and doesn't take himself too seriously.

I found Sally Lindsay so off putting I think I’d have stopped watching if she’d stayed, but Stephen Mangan is much better. I’d be happy if he was a permanent fixture..

I've seen Richard back these last few days. I'm assuming these are old shows and not that he has returned.
