I can’t see another thread so apologies if there is
After years of not bothering with “I m a celebrity get me out of here” I decided to have a look as I like Boy George
And I have to say I m in now so will need to keep watching this ridiculously daft programme even if it’s just to combat the depressing days
Anyway what do you all think ?

Joseanne Mon 14-Nov-22 19:47:56

Thus far, haven't we already seen Mike, BoyGeorge, Sue and Baba exempt from certain trials? Perhaps Matt can come up with an excuse to opt out!

Chestnut Mon 14-Nov-22 19:37:36

I absolutely agree that people should be exempt from the next trial once they have done one. It's not good to keep having the same person because the others just get a free ride.

Chestnut Mon 14-Nov-22 19:35:12

I think the viewers will keep choosing Matt for horrible tasks and then dump him fairly quickly to get him out. Unless he has acquired some fans along the way........

Ninanana Mon 14-Nov-22 19:22:39

I really want to see Chris Moyle and Boy George do a trial. They really are unpleasant individuals.

Galaxy Mon 14-Nov-22 16:46:39

They looked very tiny Fanny shock

FannyCornforth Mon 14-Nov-22 16:23:38

Yes. Bugger ‘Camp Captain’, we want General Heft! 🫡

OnwardandUpward Mon 14-Nov-22 16:19:21

Yes, he has "general heft" grin and would be a lot more interesting as Camp Captain than MH... Ho Hum.

FannyCornforth Mon 14-Nov-22 16:17:39

Joseanne I was thinking of his thighs and buttocks, and general heft.
Honestly. Some people! 🙄 😃

OnwardandUpward Mon 14-Nov-22 16:06:29

Haha yes the shower scenes have been somewhat depleted ! grin

I don't think they are Zara's either and thought it a bit immature to suggest that they might be. But they could be grin

I hope something interesting happens soon!

I don’t think that there is any way that tiny Zara’s knickers would fit Mike

😲

Joseanne Mon 14-Nov-22 14:59:14

Who thinks Mike is wearing his wife's bikini bottoms as has been suggested?
Well they had to show something in that department OnwardsndUpward because the one who would have paraded in the white bikini has left!

Now that would make for good viewing Chestnut[grin', we can only hope.

Yes! It would certainly get me watching again grin

OnwardandUpward Mon 14-Nov-22 14:46:30

Last night was "offally bad".

It was verging on horror with blood up MH's arms and just so yuk.

Who thinks Mike is wearing his wife's bikini bottoms as has been suggested? At first I thought it a bit immature of Ant/ Dec to comment that, but then I remembered him posing in ladies hats at Ascot grin Maybe he's trying to liven things up, but it's going to take a lot more than some patterned budgie smugglers or bikini bottoms with that lot, sadly.

Smileless2012 Mon 14-Nov-22 13:57:02

grin

Moyles is giving a lot of nasty backward glances and seems to be seething with resentment all the time. He wanted to be the alpha male of the group and is jealous of Matt who is doing so well and is also now the leader! Moyles really didn't like that. He is not a good sport. I really want him to fall in a bath full of offal!

Joseanne Mon 14-Nov-22 12:25:07

* significant not sign
(Sorry eating my sandwich while typing on my phone.)

Smileless2012 Mon 14-Nov-22 12:23:43

They're so two faced aren't they. I wonder what they'll think when they get voted out and see their back stabbing comments on film and know that we've all seen them toohmm.

Joseanne Mon 14-Nov-22 12:21:47

I don't think thatvin the past many contestants have got very far on in the competition without having collected a sign number of stars?

Joseanne Mon 14-Nov-22 12:18:57

I respect everyone's opinions on this thread because at least we are watching the interaction playing out between the contestants and seeing it for what is is. I dislike Boy George for all the above reasons, I didn't like Baba's attitude when he bottled out of the platform challenge but I really like him now as a person, so opinions can change. I like Jill too.
Can’t see what Chris Moyles has done wrong, ... he is picking on Owen. I think Sue might fall into a similar category if not careful.
Ant and Dec can also be a bit mean at times too with their jokes.

maddyone Mon 14-Nov-22 11:37:55

They maybe hypocritical but at the find of the day we all are hypocritical. If we don’t like someone at work or in a situation that we have to put up with, then we should have the good grave to get on with it and behave properly. That’s how I see it; people may not be MH fans but they have enough social graces to be polite towards him in the camp.

FannyCornforth Mon 14-Nov-22 11:26:29

Thanks Chestnut(I think!🤢)
Aswell as being revolting, I think that its format is rather tired.
Apart from the Wales years, it’s been exactly the same for 20 years

Joane123 Mon 14-Nov-22 11:10:30

Don't think I will watch it from now on. Too many trials for Matt. With the horrible Chris Moyes and Boy George not getting any.

Chestnut Mon 14-Nov-22 10:29:23

FannyCornforth

There’s dead animals involved now? And poor snakes
I’m glad that I’ve stopped watching

Well carcasses of chickens or something similar and a very large bath full of offal including HUGE livers that Matt had to stick his hands into to find a star. That really was the most disgusting challenge imaginable and so unhygienic as the room was literally swarming with millions of flies at the same time.
