We watched this by accident last night. We'd been off to bed but this programme stopped us in our tracks.
No idea why it was hidden away late on Sunday night. It should have been prime time viewing
It was so heartbreaking. The coverage of this war has unfortunately diminished but horrendous suffering continues.
One 18 year old boy was explaining how he'd been with his mother in order to get food. As they walked together shelling killed her in front of him. The trauma of this being faced with great bravery. He has 5 younger siblings and he now cares for them.
The programme is on ITV and definitely worth watching.
