Looking forward to seeing her in this.

I'm not a member of the Perez fan club either, always think he needs colour in his life.... Dull.

I'll miss Dougie Henshall but it will be interesting to see Tosh interacting with an unknown female boss after her long friendship with Perez. I think I watched as much for the scenery and music over the later series and thought it had all got a bit stale.

I always enjoyed watching Douglas Henshall and I follow him on Twitter. However when the late Queen was lying in state he suggested on Twitter that the coffin was empty. Totally put me off him.

Do you think the Queue would be so long if people knew that the Queen isn’t in that coffin ? Or do they know and it’s just symbolic ?

Have just read that Ashley Jensen is to star in next year’s ‘Shetland’ series.

Playing D.I. Ruth Calder, she will be Jimmy Perez’s replacement, a native Shetlander returning after 20 years in the Met.

Will be working alongside Tosh and the others.
