ITV X launch dates...

I did read it would not be possible on older TVs. I could only get via my Amazon Fire stick.
My TV was about 8 - 9 years old Samsung.
So we treated ourselves and we bought a new slightly bigger one before Christmas, as I couldn't get Disney + either.

If it’s as useless as ITVHub won’t be bothering….

ITV Hub was not working for quite some time presumably because the new site was under construction. However, it worked just fine on some platforms. I couldn't get it on my TV but could see it perfectly well on my Amazon Fire Stick.

It automatically appeared on our smart TV. I don't know why they bothered changing it though, it still crashes.

ITVX just appeared where ITV was on both my smart tv and iPad. Access to all it has to offer.

May depend what Sky you have:

You can access ITVX on Sky’s TV devices, but only on Sky Glass and Sky Stream. ITVX can not be accessed by Sky Q customers just yet.

Have tried this [Gymstagran] but no success..have looked at Sky Forum Community and they say it depends on your current smart TV..always some hurdle but they make it sound so easy...was interested to watch the new drama with Vicki McClure about her missing daughter??

We're with Virgin and we have ITVX as and app (same as iPlayer etc).

If you could previously get ITV Hub, I think it has been renamed as ITVX.
Or do as Gymstagtam suggests

It appeared automatically on my tv. However, if you Google "How do I get ITV X on my tv". It will tell you all the requirements for different set ups
