Has anyone watched this on catch up on 4? It's in 6 episodes and really very good with some wonderful acting and script.

Another Welsh one, like Hidden. Same music too. Brilliant

I binge watched and enjoyed it. I wasn't convinced by Joanna Scanlon's accent though. Apparently she is from a different part of Wales and needed lessons for the series as she had lost the accent and didn't speak the language. (Originally made in Welsh and then remade in English)

I binged watched all 6 parts this weekend and really enjoyed it.

Joanna Scanlon was so good in the part of the mother, the series had me well gripped. All Welsh accents sound the same to me so not a problem, it was clear speech and not mumbled.
Felt so sad for Joe.

I have just watched the first two episodes. Not normally my type of drama but surprised to find I am enjoying it. Might be something to do with it being set in Wales with lots of Welsh idiosyncrasies. Bit like Gavin and Stacey but obviously much darker. 🫣

I watched it on Saturday evening, didn’t intend to watch it all on one go but just needed to find out what happened. It was a late night for me but really enjoyed it.

Many thanks for this thread. It inspired me to find the programme on catch up and I have just watched the first episode. Like everyone else, I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to the next one.
