I have recorded it and will watch later. I read their article in the Radio Times and will copy part of it to show to my Dr.
Prue's brother died with bone cancer. I have that and do not want to die in agony, as he did.
I know there are more up to date pain managements, but I do not want to be just kept alive for the sake of it.
Please, don't get me wrong. At the moment I am fine-ish, but would like a say in how I am dealt with layer on.

I don't like either of them so wouldn't watch it.

I missed that. Will try and catch up with it later on More 4.
I am definitely for assisted dying..

I came on to see what people were saying about this programme that was on C4 last night and was surprised to see that there doesn't seem to be a thread.
It featured Prue Leith and her son Danny Kruger, who is a Tory MP, visiting various countries where assisted dying is legal.
As is usually the way with these things, neither ended up changing their opinion Prue is still adamantly for and her son adamantly against.
It was interesting seeing how the law is implemented in each country/state. Personally I didn't see anything that would make me change my opinion that assisted dying should be legalised here, and quickly!
