This is one for people who love words.
The Professor and the Madman.
The compilation of the first Oxford Dictionary.
Mel Gibson and Sean Penn.
On Prime.

If you have Prime look for Dopesick. The true story of the hideously wealthy Sackler family got American hooked on opioids.

I've started watching two things on Netflix this afternoon but abandoned both and I went back to re-watch Virgin River, because I just need gentle entertainment today as the snow falls past the window. This week I really enjoyed 'My Father's Violin'. Brilliant child actor.

The Billion Dollar Code. The true story of the German students who developed “Google” earth. in the 1990s and then Google stole it from them.

I like the sound of that. It sounds like one of my favourite movies The Social Network which is the story of Zuckerberg and Facebook.

Schitts Creek. Sooo good it has a cult following I. America.

The Billion Dollar Code.
The true story of the German students who developed “Google” earth. in the 1990s and then Google stole it from them.

The Swimmers.
The true story of 2 Syrian girls, who, amongst the horror got to the Olympic Games.

The Consultant.
Very dark but fascinating.

I only started watching it yesterday but I like how all the intriguing little “back stories” are developing!

The Fall on Netflix. You need a good head for heights.

Yes, I thought Roadkill (fictional drama) and Murdaugh Murders (true crime) were both very good.

We started to watch Murdaugh but didn't like the flashing about from groups of people so abandoned it.

Just watched a film on Netflix with a feel good ending.

October Sky is about four young Americans building rockets after being inspired by the Sputnik launch.
