We were married in 1960 in the same church as Trixie. It is St Luke’s Church, the parish church of Chelsea. Charles Dickens was also married there (perhaps not as famous as Trixie). We were certainly not wealthy as contrary to popular belief there are plenty of working class people in the area. Loved seeing the old church again which was part of my childhood.
