I’ve been gadding about. What delights did I miss tonight?

Quick summary.

Adam deviously discovered details of Damon’s dodgy associate, that stolen car business with Paul, went to see him and said Damon was going to shop him to the police. Adam couldn’t wait to tell Damon, who, realising this could be a death warrant, packed his bags and made his escape, after eyeing up the Bistro safe. Did he steal money? Hope not.

Alya blabbed to Bec about Max’s terrorist activities and she dumped him, leaving him bereft.

Daisy and Ryan, same old story, he can’t forget about her Crystal deception, but underneath still loves her, Daisy moping along staring into the distance. She and Daniel going to view a property in Didsbury, (they won’t move).

Roy and Evelyn thinking about sharing custody of Freddie the dog.

Paul fell getting off a bus, realises his MND getting worse. Bernie refuses to accept it, but Paul being realistic (and first rate acting).

Adam is really Mr Nasty. Felt sorry for Damon. Feel even sorrier for Max, just a young lad who did a wrong thing after being groomed and think Alya been very vindictive, not nice person at all now.

I agree, Adam has turned into Mr Nasty. Whatever happened to the ex girlfriend who turned up a while back with the child? I hope Damon hasn’t disappeared into the sunset, he brought a bit of a spark to the street, much needed in the Bistro with boring Nick and Leanne. Where is Kevin - is he still AWOL? I like Max’ (non) girlfriend- hope she doesn’t just disappear. Fed up with Ryan- Daisy-Daniel let’s hope they all move out of Weatherfield.

I prefer Adam’s hair long.

I felt sorry for Max. I know he was stupid to get involved with the racists, but he was definitely groomed, and he didn’t attack Alya - in fact he tried to stop it.

I hope the ex (Daz?) doesn’t get out and cause more trouble for him.

Well, the sight of Adam with his hair, boxers and shirt made me wonder afresh whatever can Sarah see in him, much prefer cocky little Damon with his wink and come-to-bed eyes.

I am now heartily sick of Aimee, Daisy and Stephen ( now he's creepy), followed closely by Sarah. Why are there no strong young women in it now? Tracy is so nasty to everyone but her daughter I wonder she's not on Stephens list. . Thank goodness for Roy and the wonderful Nan of Tyrone. I wish they would get some younger female that brings sunshine in.

Get Some Vets For The Wethersfield Pets!

Of course! So many pets. Desperate need for a Corrie vet.

I was thinking of the one who used to sleep on the roof during the credits.

Don't the Platts have rabbits? And did Yasmeen keep the surviving chickens after the demise of Geoff?

There’s also David’s dog, David. He could be another patient.

Great opportunity for a new character and setting. Roy and Beth's dogs could be customers and Hope's chinchilla might have made it if there had been a nearby vet (with appointments always available of course)

I don't think there has ever been a vet in Corrie, has there? Lots of dogs over the years, but no vet. Maybe they take their ailing pets to a practice on Rosamund Street or 'the precinct'?

We do need a vet though. Matter of time I suppose.
