Having watched the re - runs of all the Indiana Jones films -I watched the new film .
It was exciting and I certainly enjoyed it ,but I was left feeling rather sad when I saw just how old Harrison Ford is now .
He's 80 .
I'm 70 .
He was a heartthrob in his younger years .

I guess that ageing is inescapable for us all - make the most of life while you can and do as many good deeds whilst you are able !

I'm looking forward to seeing it. I know it's a piece of pure escapism, but I'm a big fan of Indiana. We all have our favourite films. Mine is Raiders of the Lost Ark followed by The Last Crusade.

If I’m doing as well as him at 80, I’ll be very happy.

Loved Indy 5, even though it makes no sense at all.

They filmed part of it at Bamburgh Castle. I was chatting to the security guy when it was all very top secret but he gave me a few clues (the props helped of course).Annoyingly I left Bamburgh the day before Harrison Ford arrived. He’s really fit for his age, though because he did a massive bicycle ride while he was there.
